Welcome to the spacious "La Brise" holiday apartment in an architect-designed house high above the Côte d'Azur.
At 428 meters above the Côte d'Azur, the villa with the holiday apartment is picturesque and quiet on the outskirts of the city of Vence, just below the Baou des Noirs. You use the entire upper floor of the house with a ground-level entrance. Through the large picture window you can see the sublime Baou de St. Jeannet and on a clear day you can even see the island of Corsica over the Mediterranean Sea gleaming in the sun.
With three bedrooms, the apartment offers enough space for 6 people. Two cots can be provided on request. The large combined living and dining area invites you to extensive cozy get-togethers.
During the day, enjoy the vibrant life and the beaches in the cities of Nice, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Antibes and even Cannes. Discover the picturesque towns of Vence, St. Paul de Vence and Tourettes-sur-Loup, which have inspired artists such as Picasso, Chagall and Matisse. Visit Grasse - the world capital of perfume. Or you can hike in the rugged mountains of the Alpes-Maritimes, always with a view of the beautiful coast of the Côte d'Azur.
After a fulfilling day, experience the peace and quiet and end the evening on the terrace or by the fireplace.

Final cleaning:
For the final cleaning and the checkIN/checkOUT service we charge a one-off fee of 200 euros, regardless of the length of your stay.

Deposit:
A deposit of 15% of the booking price is due for a binding booking. The rest no later than 2 weeks before departure.

Deposit:
The deposit to be made is 500 euros, which must be paid in cash upon arrival against a receipt.

Special conditions:
Price reductions are possible for rentals longer than 3 calendar weeks.

Arrival and departure:
Basically on Saturdays during the season. (variation possible)

Service & support:
The specific handling of the rental (e.g. handing over the keys, instruction, house inspection) is carried out by a German-speaking representative on site. This service company can also help you with other matters, such as providing bed linen, arranging house staff and event information. If necessary, however, separate costs may be incurred for this (ask in advance).

You will receive the exact address and directions with a map after paying the deposit.
